58mm printer not printing all the details

Please I am having issues with the 58mm receipt printer not printing all the transaction information out. 

No customer details printed on the receipt even when it's there on the system.

And very limited option to adjust the receipt output. I want to be able to adjust the alignment on the receipt and and remove spaces for items not needed to appear in the receipt

I am planning to switch to copper but it seems to have limited option to design the receipt.

Please I will really appreciate if I could get help on this as I am planning to switch to copper POS because of its fast operations.

Hi Ace, 

The printing options are conditioned by the printing program. Copper by default used Windows default printing options, you need to make adjustments there or at some other printing program that you might use instead.
