lamp
If I select an item in a media bin to drag into the timeline, VideoPad strangely assumes I have the shift key held down and then proceeds to select every item below the selected item as well. The only way to get around this, is to click the wanted item to select it, and then to click it again to be able to move it, and it alone, into the Timeline. Hmm. On Mac (which I'm using), shift-click and command-click are the de facto Mac commands to select more than one item. Why is VideoPad assuming I also want to select every item below the clicked-on item as well?
borate
Not seeing that in version 16.09 for Windows. Can't check on a Mac, but is it possible that a 'click lock' is enabled for the mouse? Put the query to https://tinyurl.com/4r53r743
lamp
Using VP v.12.11 on Mac. OS v.12.4 No click-lock enabled on mouse.
borate
Try this version. Ignore any virus warning. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert.
