Size of video window

While trying to do something on Express Scribes, I accidentally made my video window stand-alone, smaller than the larger regular screen and larger than the Mini.  I have spent a few hours trying to replicate this. 

I cannot find it again, but need to make my video window medium size.  It was not a window I had ever seen.  I do not want to just minimize or make middle-sized the Express Scribe software, but recreate this separate window.
