I am watching videos of research participants while I am coding the transcriptions which are in text format. My participant's mouth and the audio (or the video in general) are out of sync. This is important because I am studying the reactions to the questions and cannot do that when the reaction happens 15 seconds after the audio. All out of sync. Thank you, Rick

While trying to do something on Express Scribes, I accidentally made my video window stand-alone, smaller than the larger regular screen and larger than the Mini. I have spent a few hours trying to replicate this. I cannot find it again, but need to make my video window medium size. It was not a window I had ever seen. I do not want to just minimize or make middle-sized the Express Scribe software, but recreate this separate window. Thank you.
