Blind a call

Dear Sir,

i use this software is very good .But now i have a problems

i am using IVM as a sip extension 666 and can make call to my mobile through VoIP SIP provider ,this IVM is register under IPPBX

i want my IVR can do as below

hit 6 then dial my softphone (Express Talk )this softphone extension is 888 and register on the same IPPBX wirh 666

extension 666 and 888 can make call each other

But when the call is enter IVM,i need dial 6 and become outbound call

Is it possible ? Please tell me how to do /Thanks

I have do as below

OGM--Key response ----6 ---dial 888

Bout failed ,,,,Because it is not outbound call (IF i use IVM and dial 888 directly,it show outbound call ,then it is sucess)

Create a sub-OGM , click change message audio and select clear the audio, set 0 to wait and repeat fields, in the then field select transfer call and fill in your mobile number .

 

From your existing OGM, alter OGM--Key response ----6 ---dial 888 to OGM--Key response ----6 ---go to OGM and select your new sub-OGM.

 

So when your press 6, the OGM will goto sub-OGM and then call your mobile.
