Problem with remote FTP updates

I am not having any success updating the IVR script via a remote FTP server.

 

IVR files can be loaded locally, but when grabbed from a remote server - no change occurs.

 

From my log (I've masked the serial number and server name):

 

21:02:54 Checking for IVR update file 'ivm22222.ivr' on FTP server: xyz.com

21:03:06 Successfully downloaded IVR update file

 

Exiting, rebooting, touched the file (to adjust datestamp) ... all to no avail.

 

Serial number matches my system. If I alter the filename on the ftp server then the file is not transferred (as expected).

 

Has anybody else used this feature successfully? Is there a trick?
