paolo38 Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Hello. A new problem: When I attempt to print from this app, I get a sub-menu that does not show the printer name. It shows paper sizes, no other options, such as PORTRAIT or LANDSCAPE, etc. RSVP
n1x1 Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Hi, Ensure that the printer is properly set up and recognized by your computer before proceeding with printing. Additionally, you can open Control Panel on your computer, and in the Printer Preferences, you can configure the desired paper orientation (portrait, landscape).

Uninstall PhotoPad, then delete 3 folders named "PhotoPad" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\PhotoPad\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\PhotoPad\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\PhotoPad\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. Download the correct software version and enter your registration code.
