it has to have no kb/sec

i have tried everthing you said and it still dont work have you see the sony sound forge my friend has it and the format the have work why do theres work and way pad or swith work

but ours does work!

 

you select .wav as the output format

you click the "encoder settings" button

you select "PCM" as the format

select "8000kHz, 8 bit, Mono" as the Attributes

 

and then convert your files! its as simple as that.
