No Audio On imported mp4

I imported an mp4 and can play the video, but no audio track. The audio waveform shows as flat. 

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing videopad - 12.x

I also downloaded the latest - 13.75 unlicenced

Loading the mp4 into audacity I can see a stereo track.

The mp4 plays perfectly in windows media player.

Any suggestions?

Let's take a look at the file...

Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share.  Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum.  When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.
