I add the file then choose the format and I think it does it, but I don't know where to go and get it in its new format. Any help would be great. You can change the output folder to whatever you like though, I'm sure you can see a field called "Output Folder" in the Switch main window. What am I doing wrong - it appears to be converting the files (green timer bar and all, ticks appear) - but nothing in the destination folder? Great software by the way.
