Nobert
I installed SoundTap a while back, and am considering buying it. Today, though, I noticed that installing it had added a number of context menu items to Windows 10 for products that I did not install. How do I remove these items? Nobert
You know what? I looked into your history. I don't need your help. Instead, I just reported your site and products to the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI's Cyber Crime Division, as well as the various malware and services. Injecting unwanted advertising directly into Windows, not removing it when the product is uninstalled, and then hiding your support behind a paywall - that's over the line. n1x1
Hi, Please note that the installation is available for customers on the official webpage, here is the link: https://www.nch.com.au/soundtap/index.html Please note that installing the software will not have any impact on other programs on your computer, as it is completely unrelated. All NCH programs are specifically designed to function only with your explicit permission. In other words, the program will not operate unless you have previously taken an action to initiate it. Finally, it's worth noting that all NCH programs undergo rigorous testing and are deemed safe before each release.
