dgdavidge Posted March 22, 2007 Share Posted March 22, 2007 I upgraded from 4.01 to 4.02 yesterday and now I get a message that says IVM Answering Attendant Run Unable to start the background service! Will attempt to run in foreground. It ran fine as a service before, but not since. I upgraded because I read that 4.02 fixed some problems sending emails. I am still trying to get that feature to work so it may be something I did that caused the problem rather than the version upgrade. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
