    IVM v4.02

Check if run as service enabled in IVM. Check services, see if ivm service is running.
  2. I've been trying to figure out why I was loosing registration with Broadvoice. There was no problem with internet nor Broadvoice service. So I turned off run as service IVM and ran it as user. After that problem dissapeared. But I still noticed that I had 2 ivm.exe processes. The second process was running from services, even though I disabled it. So I've disabled ivm service, ivm continued to work.
  3. I've got IVM setup as answering system with Broadvoice (VOIP). Once everything started system works fine, but after some time my number becomes unreachable (when calling from outside I get number is not in service). Logs don't show any disconnects. After i click on setting and ok, number get registered and everything starts working. Any ideas why this happens? My server is setup behind netgear router, port forwarding setup for LocalSIP port 5070, LocalRTP 8000-8010 and STUN 3400-3499. Also when loging in I noticed that there are 2 processes running (ivm.exe). My program is setup to start as a service, but why would it start again when I log in. Please advise.

    MS Access Database

Hi, I've recently purchased IVM enterprise, and looking to get caller info (caller id, linename, etc.) in microsoft access database instead of the plain log file. Is there a sample plug i can get.
