Axon and Cisco ATA 186

Hi there,

 

Is there any one that got a Cisco ATA 186 working on Axon?

I have been testing for a week now with several differend settings in the ATA but I can’t get it to work.

I even had some support from Cisco engineers but it is stil not working.

Are there some specific parameters I have to set to get it working…

TheATA is working on the Sip protocol.

 

Any help is welcome!!

I have used Cisco ATA 186 with Axon without any trouble for months,

 

it works gr8, no problem,

 

 

tell me what kind of problem are u facing dear...

Abhi,

 

The ATA doesn’t register, I get an error 401.

Do you have a working configuration for me so I can compare both files and hopefully find where it’s going wrong?

Maybe a screenshot of your settings?.

401 error means unauthorized to use this registrar

 

well i will give u configuration page as soon as possible, dear it will take me one day to do that..
