When I place a call on hold, they will be randomly dropped by my side of things. Some have lasted as long as 30secs, some just 9 secs. I'm using a Sipgate account. Do you think it could be a problem with Express Talk, my ISP / IP settings or Sipgate? My internet connection is rock solid, so I personally think it could be a prob with ET or Sipgate....? I had tried running Sipgate with their default X-Lite software, but that didn't seem to support the whole 'on hold' function at all (you'd loose a call completely if you tried to put them on hold & you couldn't return to them). Express Talk had seemed to be performing much better, but this is just damn frustrating! Thanks in advance for any guidance. cheers James Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
