EIB
Hi @GWB5323! What is the file format, duration and size of the files you are trying to import? Do you receive any error messages when you try the operation? Keep in touch. Stay safe!

I had about 10 to work on and 5 worked fine but another 5 did not. 4 of the 5 that did not are under 235kb each and the 5th one is 1.54 mgb. I do not get any error messages except in the screen it tells me to "Push F5 to start recording. press Ctrl+V to paste audio of drag and drop files here" I've tried clicking and double clicking on the file tab I want to open there but I get nothing. I appreciate your help.
n1x1
Delete cache files in Wavepad folder: 1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path. On our end is > C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad. 2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache contents. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close WavePad and re open it again. 5. Re load the file and let us know the outcome.
GWB5323
I have tried this and even downloaded them again from the original source. I can listen to them in windows media player but they will just not load up in wave pad. I do appreciate the help. Any other ideas?
