But this new one - which is far smaller than the others (it's only 12KB - 3 minutes of screenshots and voice over) keeps getting Failed. This is really urgent and important. borate Posted August 18, 2023 Share Posted August 18, 2023 What version is being used? Look at the bottom-left corner of the Videopad window. Try the LOSSLESS export option and see if the project meets the requirements... Install this release. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
