What I’m saying is why can I open music on wave pad on my windows laptop but not my Mac? It's possible that the files weren't present on your drive (cloud only) which could be caused by multiple factors but as long as the file is locally stored, WavePad should be able to locate and import that but if the issue persists, best to contact support here.
