csurfer Posted February 14, 2007 Share Posted February 14, 2007 what audio file format are you using, DSS, WMA...? If its DSS we have had problems with Philips equip. Look for updates for your download software, a quick fix is to convert your file to WAV format in Switch then import to Express Scribe. I've loaded a file that is 10 minutes long.
