I need some help with this program

I don’t understand how to work this program to merge 2 videos and I have done this so far:

I have added the 2 videos and I have made 2 Sequences and that is as far as I got done so far not sure what to do next.

Normally, two videos would be side-by=side in the same sequence.  Click the EXPORT tab or button and export as a video file.

However, if each is in a separate sequence, click that tab to display Sequence 1. 

Then click the SequenceS tab above the bin and drag Sequence 2 to the end of Sequence one. Or right-click on Sequence 2 to see placement options.  Export.

Place one video after the other on track 1 (Sequence 1) and Export.  The two videos will play in the resulting file just as you viewed them in the preview window.

If by "merge" you meant something else, please describe precisely what you want to do.

I want to make the 2 videos into one video but I don’t understand how I get the 2 videos to become one and can please in simple terms explain step by step what to do and I have to 2 videos in the program but I can’t figure out what to do next.

Explain more fully what you mean by "make into one."  When videos on the timeline are exported, they become a SINGLE clip that can be played in a viewer.
