database import problem

Hello, 

I don't know if anyone speaks French, but if you can help me, so much the better. I have a supplier database that I want to import into my software. This database is in CSV format but when I try to import the list, nothing is sorted and everything is put on a single line. Each field is filled in my CSV but when I import I only have one line of all my suppliers
