Dear VIDEOPAD,

My office is located in a very known area in the capital of Brazil, Brasilia.

I have already bought (paid) a few versions of videopad.

FOR MANY TIMES I have requested you to call me or email me. You never did.

I HAVE ANOTHER PAID VERSION, that keeps crashing all the time.

It doesn’t stay open for 2 minutes and it crashes.

I have deleted (uninstalled) and reinstalled a few times. The problems are never solved.

Do you want to call me on whatsapp or I should sue you to have my money back (as well as ask for moral damages and financial losses it caused to my company)????

Besides, since I have uninstalled, the version 13. Requires me to make an additional payment/purchase with less than a year. I so disappointed with you.

Regards,

This is a user forum, of course, but we'll pass along your info.

Have you tested VP on another PC?  What paid version crashes?  Look at the bottom-left of the VP window.

Check this out and confirm that the video driver and Direct-X are current.

To eliminate the possibility that components are corrupted, close the program.  Use this free utility to delete all Videopad items.  Then let it scan the registry, select ALL and DELETE all entries.  When complete, reinstall Videopad.

There is no mandate to upgrade if all is well.  But upgrades are free for a six-month period after licensing.  Any release within that period will be licensed.                 Check them out here.  Ignore any virus warnings.

For a test, install the latest release and see if it crashes.  It can be used for a trial period even if not registered.  You can revert .
