TX_CSR Posted June 25, 2023 Share Posted June 25, 2023 I use Debut 3-4 times a week. Never change my settings. Everything is the exact same every single time I use it. I even double check prior to recording and run a test before my video meetings start to make sure audio and video are recording properly. I also have the box checked that is supposed to warn me if the software isn't detecting audio. I have 4 recordings from last week and the ONE I need, video recording starts with the tone to let me know it's recording and then it just goes silent. I know it recorded with sound, because I periodically hover over the icon to make sure I see the color on the sound bars moving and the clock timing the length of the recording. How do I get the audio to play? With as many complaints as I've found, some dating back as far as 2014, this problem has to have been looked into, right? I see I am not the only one this has happened to. Has anyone ever been able to get the audio on the video back?
