I have tried many different Settings/Call Transfer, different OGM, etc. The number seems to dialed (I don't hear the box making a Flash), but the call is not transfered. I don't hear the Flash sound on the original transfer. It displays the following: 00:00 Answered line [1 "CAHTA 0"] call number [76] cid [] did[] drn[0 (6047ms)] 00:00 Play file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\OGMs\OGM 1.wav 00:02 Caller pressed key [2] 00:02 Command - Go 00:02 Open OGM: OGM 2 00:02 Play file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\OGMs\OGM 2.wav 00:05 Command - Transfer 00:05 Dialing: ! 00:05 Dialing complete 00:06 Dialing: 7866195200 00:06 Dialing complete 00:06 Dialing complete 00:06 Blind transfer complete so drop call How do I set IVM to do any kind of transfer?
