False no-more-space alert while saving

Hi, 

I have been using Wavepad for weeks with no problem and yesterday, this bug:

Everytime I tried to save a selection, I would get a prompt saying that I have no more saving space. That is weird because I have plenty. 

I tried (to no avail):

- Changing location

- Restarting the program, the computer

- Registering (I was on the free version) to the monthly master version

- Disinstalling and reinstalling a newer version (it was the French 17.38, now English 17.44)

I can't export my work. 

Please help.

Hi,

First I suggest you to check the disk space to ensure how much free space you have. Also, I suggest you to clear the cache using the following steps:

Uninstall WavePad, then delete 3 folders named "WavePad" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
**C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\WavePad\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
**C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\WavePad\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

Install the software one more time, enter your registration code, and check the result.
