I am trying to login my password is incorrect

Hi,

Here is how you can recover your password:

1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\NCHSoftware\Copper\Staff
2. Right-click on the 1.dat file and open it with NotePad or NotePad++
3. Delete the password text, it will be similar to "&Password=%2FDqVlSKZxqKddy8nHQObDNIPs7GLr1AX"
      Do NOT delete "&Privileges"
4. Save the file
5. Open Copper and leave the password blank when you logon
6. Open the Salespeople window from the View menu
7. Select your user id and click Edit
8. Enter a new password and click Save
