error in IVM 4.0

While installing IVM 4.0 crashed with abnormal termination and gives u "exception_access_voilation" and terminate, please help

FYI

 

V. 4 installed without error on Win 2k server SP4. The "Caller ID" tab in the Settings menu causes immediate program crash. All other tabs function as required.

 

V. 3.7 installs and runs w/o errors on same box.

Yep, it crashes for me as well, every time I hit the [Caller ID] tab in settings. Also if I go into OGM properties and hit the [Advanced] tab, BOOM!

 

Just avoiding those for now.

oops, should have said : Win2k, service pack 4. And I was accessing it with RealVNC - no monitor on that box.

3.07 works fine

[Win2k, sp4, dual p2 Xeon, MS Office 2k]

 

Tried to install on another machine, and these 2 tabs [CID & OGM Advanced] bring up the win installer w/ 'updating MS Office Outlook 2003 - please insert CD'. From this, I assume it has something to do w/ MS Office Assistant/TTS, but not sure what yet...

[2nd machine: Win2k, sp4, dual pIII, MS Outlook 2003 (no MS Office)]
