Yep, it crashes for me as well, every time I hit the [Caller ID] tab in settings. Also if I go into OGM properties and hit the [Advanced] tab, BOOM! Just avoiding those for now. oops, should have said : Win2k, service pack 4. And I was accessing it with RealVNC - no monitor on that box.
