Patty Muscovitz Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 I purchased this program to convert images to SVG to upload to the Cricut program. All I get is a black box. What am I doing wrong. This is my sole purpose that I purchased this program. TIA
mediajf Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 I would share on of the files with NCH support and see if they can get it working.
n1x1 Posted February 20, 2023 Posted February 20, 2023 Hi, I suggest you to contact NCH technical support and share with them the file you had issues with. You can create a ticket using the following link:https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
Rei Q. Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Hi, When SVG is selected as the output format, you can click 'Compression Settings' and choose any option (Outline/Full Vectorization or Vector Art) aside from 'Embed Image.' Converting with these options will make the SVG usable in Cricut.
