Elvis Posted January 8, 2023 Share Posted January 8, 2023 I have made countless clips using Effects (Video Effects, Image Effects, etc.).. However, suddenly that just stopped working. Whatever way I do used to come in => The Effects screen with the options will NOT appear! I do have the 10.96 version. Planning to reinstall. Unfortunately, if there is a newer version that this one out there in the meantime => Will have to buy a new license In the meantime upgraded to the now latest version (13.00) and the Effects Windows appears OK no!! .... And after using it a couple of times in a project => Same issue is back!! It does no longer work! 😞 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
borate Posted January 8, 2023 Share Posted January 8, 2023 Two things to try... 1. Close Videopad. Go to Windows Control Panel | ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS and delete Videopad. 2. Use Windows Explorer (the file manager) to delete all files in these folders... "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components" "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components" (or files may be in a similar path without the x86) Reinstall the latest VP release.
