Which version of Crescendo should I install

I downloaded the Free version today, tried it and liked it.

So I bought it in MS Store and downloaded the version that says "Crescendo Master's Edition". Somehow this version doesn't play the score.

As I checked the Crescendo Tutorial page, there is a DOWNLOAD button/ I thought I was downloading the tutorial, but it turned out the I'd downloaded another Crescendo version called "Crescendo Music Notation Editor". This version plays the score.

Kind of confusing - which version have I actually bought from MS Store?

I would recommend you to do this: uninstall any version you have on your computer, restart your machine, log in to the MS Store using the same account you used to purchase and download your paid version from there

Uninstalled, restart computer and re-install. Same.

Now I am in communication with NCH Support to help fix this.
