VideoPad fails on samsung 360vr videos!

Bought VideoPad. But the program fails on samsung 360vr videos! Take a look first at this 360ver film: https://youtu.be/MgJITGvVfR0 There is no visible edge when you turn around the film with your finger or mouse.

But look at the film I exported to youtube where you see a visible edge when you turn the film around. https://youtu.be/idNfAIV8FGo

What's wrong, what am I doing wrong? because you don't get this negative result when I first upload the film to my mobile from my Samsung Gear 360vr camera, and then upload the film to YouTube via the mobile.

The point of this expensive program was to not have to use the phone! You can't edit 360vr films if you get this bad result!

Example 1 (Maldives) seems to perform normally.  Example 2 (a man) is a jumpy split screen - left and right.

Perhaps something is being misunderstood here.  Please upload the project, so others can inspect it.

The process is easy, quick and can be done privately.  Just follow these steps...

  •     Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left.  Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER.  Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER.
  •     Upload ---  Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER.    Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file.
  •     Get link --- Get a public link.  If using Google Drive click GET SHAREABLE LINK. If necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view"
  •     Share ---     Click COPY LINK | DONE.  Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me.  It won't be shared.

          *    Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES.  Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.

Ok, here its the link to the catalog https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/cigwa1wo78h5vf6na1oc2/h?dl=0&rlkey=ut3mky61r3cin08t5bzxt680b

In the first attempt, I transferred the video directly from the Samsung Gear camera. Maybe that was the wrong way to do it! Here is a link to the test, where I have transferred the video to Videopad from the Samsung S7 phone. Can you take a look at the film and say what you think! I mean I see a dividing line in the film, although it is considerably smaller now. https://youtu.be/EyJ9HqpLlms

Checked with the mobile to see the difference, but it's the same as what I get from the mobile to the VidePad. So the mistake I made was that I transferred the video file directly from the camera to the VideoPad instead of from the mobile phone.

If this is to work perfectly, the file must be transferred from the mobile to the VideoPad.

So, unfortunately, I will not avoid the work of transferring new video files from the camera to the mobile phone in the future. When I have transferred the film to the mobile phone from the camera, I can connect the mobile phone to USB on the computer and load the file into the VideoPad. So now it seems to be solved for me.

But thanks for the help anyway.

Export doesn't seem quite right, and is being addressed.

Ok, thanks for info.

No mistake, I checked the original by starting the movie from the camera gallery to see in the mobile I see the same thing in the movie that you refer to.

Ingen feil, jeg sjekket originalen ved å starte filmen fra kameragalleriet for å se i mobilen jeg ser det samme i filmen som du referer til.
