On Voxal, double-click on the center part of the program where it shows the name of the voice and the specific effects used for that voice. It will give you the opportunity to adjust the effects used. For the Female Voice, you can increase the Pitch Shifter value to increase the pitch making the voice more feminine. I hope that helps.
