Donal23
I am in the midst of an editing project. NCH popup asked to update Videopad this morning, which "wouldn't take very long" - I am now am told I have been using a demo version of Videopad which and it has expired (I have paid my licence). My product registration code is not accepted - it says it is for an older version. How do I rollback to my previous version? The popup notice that I received this morning said nothing about requiring repurchasing Videopad anew. Donal23
borate
There may be a prompt, but there's never a mandate to update. New unlicensed versions can be test driven at any time. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. If you didn't retain your purchased installer, releases that fall within your six-month period can be downloaded from here. Any of them should accept your code.
