In the old version, audio files automatically showed up. Nothing now. Quite frustrating. Help? david3491949 Posted June 27, 2022 Author Share Posted June 27, 2022 I think the problem for me was that on the new version, the audio files don't show up as they did on the former version. They are there, but the wave pattern display is different. I prefer the former display, as there seems to be no way to tell if the audio is present. I cannot hear audio, even if it is there. borate Posted June 27, 2022 Share Posted June 27, 2022 Humm. Try this... Open Windows Control Panel and click on SOUND. Click the Recording tab and double-click on the input device - perhaps LINE IN. (or MICROPHONE) Click the Listen tab. Check the Listen to This Device box. You then should be able to hear audio as it's being recorded. Any better?
