addressed 11.69 lossless export produces way lower bitrate than the original

My original video was around 6kbps and using lossless export after some editing, it made something around 1kbps.

Submit the project.  Someone will take a look.

A 22-minute lossless export here resulted in exactly the same bitrate as the mp4 original file.

If some editing was done, the entire project may not have been exported losslessly.

There are 2 videos inside. You can see that one only got 1kbps around made by 11.69 while the other was correctly exported. The corrected one was made by 11.32.

Only two files there - a nearly 18 minute and a 19.9.

Using version 11.71, the 19.9 original bitrate was 1.194kb/s.  Multiple passes were made with version 11.71.  All but one resulted in 1.115, the other 1.194.  Can't say why, but not an appreciable difference.

Version 11.32 is no longer available but 11.34 export was 1.194kb/s.

Isn't it strange then? The original video bitrate for the 18 mins one is 5.8kbps. With lossless export it shouldn't become 1.115kbps.

I even forgot what video was it. :| Since I have limited google space I reuse the folder once you looked at the issue.

If you run into the issue again, please report it.  Various lossless exports here showed no reduction in bitrate, using the latest beta release.
