No Sound on Playback

Latest version of MixPad. Windows 11. Recorded line in from digital piano. Monitoring: fine. Playback: there's the wave, there's the V.U working on track and master. No sound. Record in: Realtek HD Audio. Out: same. Tried ASIO4ALL: same result. Could somebody please help?

Hi,

Do you mean that you get waveforms during recording (or even sound) but no sound during export? If that is not the case, try reinstalling the program altogether, configure the devices under options as needed and see if the there's any changes: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/index.html

For further diagnosis, kindly send us a screenshot of your computer's system audio settings and the program’s audio settings, and the program’s software version you are currently running. If you are using any third-party hardware (ex. audio interface), kindly let us know which exact model it is as well.
