addressed Move video & Audio file to front of sequence

I have a sequence of multiple different video tracks, text, audio etc accumulating to 5 minutes at the moment. I want to add a new video & audio file at the start but it will take very long to highlight every and move it forward and then close the gap. 

Is there a quick way to select everything and move it or to create space at the start of the project?

Figured it out.

Ctrl A to select all.

Exactly.  And be sure to Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves.  Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite.  From the HOME tab, that choice is available by clicking the chevron to the right of the Save Project button on the toolbar.

Then you're protected, and can revert if need be.
