It had audio before it was loaded into the program, but after checking the exported version there is none. Did I do something wrong? Using version 10.24. Please advise. Thanks. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view." Someone will check it out and come up with a solution. Open OPTIONS | MEDIA tab and UNcheck this box... https://content.invisioncic.com/r33241/monthly_2022_01/image.png.38f310025dd0cfb3e0bd7ac6f5bdd197.png Then close VP and reopen without loading any files.
