Stealth17
Hi, Lately I've been having a weird issue with VideoPad. When I'm doing editing and need a popup to appear (to add an effect/change audio etc) the popup seems to appear behind the program. I can't click on it, nor can I bring it to the front by alt-tab. I've already tried reinstalling the program, but that didn't help. Anyone know how to fix this?
borate
Please get a screen grab and link it here if possible. Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view." Very strange behavior, not reported by others. Try the latest version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
Stealth17
Here's the issue in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGrvy-jjOVM I have already updated to the latest version, but the problem persists. Appreciate any help you can offer.
borate
Strange. Looking at your video, that's not the latest Videopad English version. Use the link above to download it. What are the specs for your PC: RAM/GPU/CPU? Confirm that the video driver is up to date as well as Direct-X... https://www.nch.com.au/kb/10265.html If the issue persists, do a thorough uninstall, including registry entries, using this free tool, then reinstall the latest VP.
