wellmje
I have a user that records our board meetings and is using ES and Dragon together. When she tries to save the file, it states that the format is invalid. It is being saved as a .MP3 and the error says it needs sampling rate to be at least 16khz. I checked the the sample rate and we have it at 44.1khz. Has anyone seen this error before? Thanks for the help.
elk
You may want to playback the recording using a different media player like VLC or Windows Media Player to see if it works, if it does not, the file could be corrupted. In case it works, you can reinstall Scribe using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/components/essetup.exe
