alextech Posted August 12, 2006 Share Posted August 12, 2006 Switch doesn't work at all with OS10 (an earlier version did, but now the current onw). Has anybody been able to contact a human being there to find out why? I've tried many times, to no avail. nchtj Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 what happens when you ask for support via http://www.nch.com.au/switch/support.html ? support queries sent through that method should be responded to within a few days (we get upwards of a hundred or more emails every day, which is lot for a business of our size) , but if your query is taking more than a week for a response, just let us know in this thread or make a new thread if you like. i saw switch working on OS X Tiger just last week, so we will have to work with you to find out what your issue is.
