Text outline decreases when I save project

It seems that every time I save my project, the outline I set on the text decreases by 1 till it gets down to 1.  I verified this by looking at the . vpj file in Notepad++ before and after a save.  The &outlinescale=3 I had on every text clip turned to &outlinescale=2.  Anyone else notice this or have a solution?

A simple text project with several outlines (including your #3) was saved multiple times, using VP version 10.36.  There was no change in the parameter.

If not using the latest version, please test it.  For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.
