Yi Ming
I can't import any types of file into Videopad whatsoever. I've tried moving the file to a different location but I still can't open it.
borate
What version of VP is being used? Look at the start-up screen or the left-bottom of the VP window. What are the PC's specs: CPU/GPU/RAM? Try an install of this version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. Report back.
