Jsalgado Posted December 31, 2020 Share Posted December 31, 2020 In this case, please uninstall and reinstall the application from your computer and reinstall it from our website. Once you do this, restart the computer and when it back on, right click on the Express Burn icon and select the option called "Run as Administrator". Try again and let us know.
