I bought a second brand of disk and had same problem

I had been burning Cd's fine. Now this error code comes up and no success burning after multiple attempts. I thought it might be the brand of cd's so I tried a second brand with no success.

It also opens on XBox

I have spent many hours creating a project and saving to DVD. Problem is when I went to get 100 copies, the DVD would not open on all their test devices. It was an older DVD player. It will open on my small DVD player. It does also open on my DVD player connected to a flat screen TV. Anything I can do in settings to make it open in every device?

When I save a project and upload to UTube the audio/video goes out of sync. My saved timings seem to disappear, especially on the title. How can I fix this?
