I have downloaded the latest version of Golden Videos and registered.  However, despite the signal transfer occurring as expected from my VCR to my computer, the recording process freezes between 3 - 7 seconds EVERY TIME!  I have registered a request for assistance twice in the past week and have had no reply.  My next move will be to request a refund on the grounds that the program does not do what it is purported to do
