I just paid to upgrade to the new version of Video pad...big mistake!! can't register since I never got a code can't contact support since I am not registered .MOV files import but do not seem to import the sound track, video only Help? Share a MOV file and someone here will check it out. Upload it to a free server, such as MS OneDrive or Google Drive. Get a shareable (public) link. Copy it. Past it here or to me in a Private Message via the folder at the top-right of this forum. If you upload to Google Drive click on "restricted" and change it to "anyone with link can view."
