Mathew Marley
While using nch video pad, it asked for me to update the software and when i did i lost the license for the program. Going back down to an earlier version didnt help and it wants me to spend the $70 again for the software license. I need a way to prove to the software that i have purchased a license already. borate
Your license is good for updates within six-months of purchase. And there's no obligation to update. Your version won't expire, and you can always test drive newer releases without charge. This page should help set things right... https://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html
