Problem after problem

Videopad is definitely not worth the money; my paid version of Videopad now messes up every single export, and that includes dozens of attempts over a week. Speaking as a registered paying owner of the the so-called 'Professional" version: I have totally given up on Videopad and NCH Software. Failing to finish a customer's video for a week because of faulty software and extremely poor support, is disgraceful. How will I explain to the customer that his video isn't going to appear, because the software does not work? There are no answers here.

We don't have time to waste uploading disasters caused by Videopad. We don't have time to wait for responses from 'support staff'; we are sick of getting fobbed off with excuses.

Attempts to fully uninstall Videopad, then clean-ups and reinstallation, fail over and over again. The very same problems persist with each reinstall: the video will not export properly. But the truth seems to be that Videopad software upgrades are free for half a year, after which time it won't/doesn't work - the vendors and support staff need to be honest about this. It appears that Videopad is not quite a 'paid for' software product. Even though it is free for six months: if we don't pay for upgrades after that six months, we can't use it.

There is no way I am going to recommend this forum or Videopad to anyone. I have never experienced such a terrible product and breach of trust. I have absolutely no confidence in this forum or its staff, and will instead contact NCH Software, direct.

Finally, any attempt to delete this post because someone doesn't like it will also be reported in the formal complaint.

Same, I've given up as well. Whenever I try exporting it gets stuck at 9.5%. I've had so many issues with this software it's unbelievable, from when I installed it 7 months ago to where I am now, there has always been an issue. Whenever I try emailing them it just pulls up a whole different link and won't let me send it. Completely agree with you. I am in the middle of learning premiere pro in it's free trial and it's already 1000x better then what VideoPad could ever be. Would recommend it! I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing issues.

@Bamz, cheers for the reply - I've had the dubious pleasure of Videopad for much longer. As a paying customer I'll say my piece: notice the admin staff haven't replied, so what does that tell you? I wouldn't touch Videopad with a bargepole. I'll have to start on Premiere Pro soon because I've a few videos to finish for customers. It's no use expecting Videopad 'Master Edition' to do the job or asking for support. About those Videopad problems and the updates we have to pay for -  tbh I smell something fishy and I don't mean my socks.

They say we learn from experience.
